She has a respectable amount of knowledge on the operations and laws surrounding motor vehicles, seeing as she's a former DMV employee. Karen manages every deal and see's to it personally that every customer leaves satisfied and ready to drive.

He is a Michigan native, and moved to Florida in 1998. James heavily participates in the community, devoting his time and money to numerous charitable events. You might have even seen him on TV or in the newspaper, we regard him as a local celebrity.
